Membership Cancellation Request
We're sorry to see you go. Please review our cancellation policy before submitting your request.
No Refunds
Annual membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations.
No Auto-Renewal
Once your cancellation is processed, your account will not be charged again. Your business profile will be automatically hidden from our directory when your current term expires, or sooner upon your explicit request.
Active Until Expiration
Your membership benefits, including your directory listing, will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
